The game is tapping the red button while the blue square is inside the white outlined rectangle.

5 taps in a row and you win. Note you have 0.2 seconds to react for each time to tap.

It can also be played mobile though it may not look ideal. You may have to change some settings and/or move the screen around to make it look better. Also, mobile sometimes skips sections while playing, so it could maybe be good for speedrunning.
